Positive Living Through The Law Of Attraction Techniques

The law of attraction has three components. These are visualization, affirmations and positive thinking. Believers in the law of attraction techniques are also called “deliberate creators”. They believe that the law of attraction helps them to achieve their goals and get what they want. The law of attraction is better understood in physics, but it is not well understood when applied to our lifestyles and endeavours. There is no scientific proof about the effects of visualization, affirmation and positive thinking. It is better left to psychologists. There is a striking similarity in most attraction laws.

The first law of attraction is called ‘visualization’. Visualization in simple terms is the act of seeing of mental images. With regards to positive thinking, it means deliberately creating mental images of your goals. Your goals are your desires and what you want to get or achieve. If you want to be a multi-millionaire, you can picture yourself living in mansion and driving an expensive car.

What is misunderstood is the explanation of this concept. I am sure you have understood the definition of visualization in the previous paragraph. However, you may find it difficult to understand the following definition of visualization from a believer’ point of view. What is readily understood from my simple definition of visualization is the benefit of visualization. However, you will be puzzled by this one: Visualization is when a person sends vibrations or waves into the cosmos. The cosmos will attract these vibrations. The intensity of the vibrations will increase when the person consistently visualizes, with a firm belief and high emotions. Eventually, the vibrations will gather to produce the desired positive outcome. Thus, when you visualize yourself making a million dollars, you will eventually make a lot of money.

The second law of attraction is to make affirmations. When you created your goal, you should program it into your mind.

Affirmations are done by writing down what you want. It is basically an act defining your goals and putting commitment and trust in them.

Law of attraction believers also believe in creating and maintaining a positive attitude. Proponents of the law of attraction state that a human being can produce waves when he or she is in a positive state of mind. Energy will be released into the universe, and the universe will attract this energy. Maintaining a positive state of mind will result in positive emotions. These emotions are like a fuel which is needed for driving success.
