Sounds like a dream, to eat while losing weight, dieting is usually about not eating while losing weight!

Though the glycemic index tool was developed to help diabetics, it is now scientifically believed to be a necessary tool for general health. The reason for this is that our blood sugar levels have a great impact on our sense of well-being and on our physical health.
