The brain is a truly amazing organ and our understanding of how it works and how we subliminally learn is something that is always increasing.

Over the last few years, research conducted by leading academics has suggested that we are just as receptive to new learning and input into the brain whilst we are slumbering as when we are awake. In fact, in the absence of the usual jumble of sights, sounds, smells etc, the brain may, actually, be even more stimulated by subliminal learning than usual.

These ideas aren’t really new but have recently been given a considerable boost by latest research.

So the question one then asks, is of course, how we can take advantage of this? How can I make my own subliminal recording? It has to be agreed that the idea of learning whilst asleep is an attractive one! Both in terms of the maximum utilisation of your time, and also for the sheer easy of acquiring knowledge whilst catching up on much need sleep!

The good news is that this theory is really very applicable to the lives of every one of us. Wether you are a student, and need to the dreaded list of names and dates (or such like….) for your exams. Or if you travel frequently, for either business or pleasure, and would like to learn a new language to make your travels smoother and more enjoyable. Or, indeed, if you are just like each and every one of us and want the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new ideas!

To achieve this, all you really need is a very simple tape recorder. If you have a computer then most have an inbuilt microphone and voice recording is a very simple matter. Once set up, simply record the information and absorb it back whilst asleep.

Even better, try to incorporate some music into your recording as this helps the brain. Research suggests that the technique is much more effective with music as many different parts of the brain are engaged.

Whatever the particulars of the method you chose to learn from subliminal recordings, remember that the results are cumulative, and won’t happen over night. No pun intended! Stay with it though and very soon you’ll be astounding everyone with your new talents.
